Tanuj Gundlapalli, President & CEO
Mr. Gundlapalli is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Intellizant. He is responsible for developing and driving the firm’s strategy and providing vision, direction and leadership to enable the firm to reach its goals. This includes developing a high performance culture of top-tier talent; developing relationships with clients and strategic partners and leading the firm’s strategy for profitable growth.

Prior to Intellizant, Mr. Gundlapalli led the Enterprise Software Solutions practice for a global consulting firm. During his 11 year tenure with the firm, he successfully led his division’s delivery capabilities through various technology paradigm shifts ranging from client-server, to distributed, to Web computing. He rapidly advanced through the ranks of management to the level of Vice President and Corporate Officer.

Mr. Gundlapalli received his AIT Bachelors in Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Mysore and attended the Executive Leadership Program at Yale University’s School of Management.

Mr. Gundlapalli is a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council.

Jennifer Gremba-Cota, Managing Director
Ms. Gremba-Cota is a Managing Director leading the Management Consulting Practice at Intellizant. In addition to being responsible for overseeing client engagements and building the Management Consulting Practice, she is also responsible for enhancing the firm’s internal processes and ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective so that Intellizant can grow and fulfill its mission.

Ms. Gremba-Cota has 20 years of consulting and project management experience transforming internal and external clients who are implementing custom software solutions or improving their software and business processes. She has been helping clients accept and adopt strategic, technology and business process changes in the Federal, Defense, Manufacturing, Information Management, and Academia space. Jennifer has also assisted organizations in achieving Level 2 of the Capability Maturity Model for Software (now referred to as CMM-I).

Prior to Intellizant, Ms. Gremba-Cota was a Sr. Manager for a global consulting firm. She led a large team of up to 25 members in business process realignment, strategic planning, organizational analysis, training, and managing technology transition for a large federal financial system.

Ms. Gremba-Cota received her Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University and her Masters of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Ms. Gremba-Cota is a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and Software Process Improvement Network.

Katie Lewis, Director
Ms. Lewis is a Director leading the Change Management, Strategy, Organizational & Human Capital Development, and Workforce Performance Management functions at Intellizant. In addition, she is responsible for the Intellizant’s Public Relations, Community Relations, and Human Resources. Ms. Lewis has over twelve years of experience covering a range of activities, including developing and executing communication plans; developing leadership alignment strategies and action plans; coordinating workforce transition activities such as role mapping efforts and organizational impact assessments; planning business process outreach sessions to explain procedures to end users; developing training in government financial and human resource systems; preparing strategic documents; and facilitating meetings.

Prior to Intellizant, Ms. Lewis led multiple change management and business transformation efforts at Deloitte Consulting. Efforts included identifying, developing and executing appropriate training strategies for the Defense Intelligence Community’s implementation of a pay modernization system; developing new communication and training initiatives, while maintaining the existing day-to-day change management efforts at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Business Administration Systems Office; and conducting leadership alignment and workforce transition efforts for the HHS Consolidated Acquisition Solution at the Program Support Center (PSC) and its Customer Agencies.

Ms. Lewis received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Communications from American University and her Master of Public Administration from American University.
